So sorry guys..

Yesterday My Dear not feel very well because his back ache. But today he fine already.. Alhamdulilah.. =]]

Back to my study story.

My brother send me to OUM to register and collect module in the morning. The event should start on 9am. But, when I was there, the number is already running to number 0025 and guess what?. my number was 0110!! I need wait around 1 hour for my number to pop out.

After done with the register, I walked from OUM to LRT PWTC. Very longgggggg walked and heavy book too. That all. Next monday, I will continue with the class. Who's my tutor and about the assignment.

I will not put the detail what I done with my assignment Q hahahaha secter de amorrrr guyss!.

Note: Why I feel my writing here was like standard 6? sighh.. I need reading and listen to english

~Semester 6!~

Huwoooooooooooooooo

Long time Im not update my study blog. Muahahhhahah =p like always.. Im soooooo lasy la.. =] sorry for that.

Here we go.

This coming sunday, I need to register my new semester at Main campus OUM. Near by at PWTC and The Mall. I have some story so funny to tell! hahaha =p

Last week, I woke up early for make the registration. But guess what?!. I attend the wrong date and My Dear was a litter mad because he need to wake up early in the saturday morning muahahahah =p

Sorry dear peace!

Now, Im very sure that the registration for new sem will be on this sunday!. Yeayyy!

Owh ya, I take 3 subjects.

1. Financial Management. (im sure this one very tough)

2. Business Law. (refer from my friend, who had taken. This subject also very tough because we need to memorize all section and code and yada yada *law code in the study.. What??! I hope, I can do it.. Hopeeeefffuuulllyyy.. hahaha =p)

3. Marketing management 2. Hoyehhhhh! I love this subject because the tutor its very easy person to teach. He is Mr. Abdul Aziz. He never ever skip the class. *that the most part I love hehe. I also hope this subject, I will be in his class... Pray hardddd! *I have experience in his class for 2 subject already.. that why I love him! =]]

That the subject for semester 6.

Owhh.. Semester 6?? I need to complete another 6 semester to finish My Studies. *Its may be I got one little baby Wink! Wink!. hahahah =p

Hi....

Yesterday I have done my job!!! yipee..

Actually its my assignment. hehehe =]] I need submit the assignment by this sunday afternoon and also I need to ready or prepare my self for the presentation.. (need to start talk with the mirror huhu )

Like I said before my assignment's title was "Crime rates in Malaysia and How To Decrease Them". Totally marks are 35%. 15% for report (that I was work hard to build the power sentences haha =p ) and 20% more belongs to My presentation.

So, I need to speak alot when I wanna to present it because of marks. My slide show its already done on monday... I just make the simple slide show but have few pictures that for me it was fun and the audience can laugh.. hehe =] if they laugh... if not.. let me laugh for my self.. (sewel pe nak gelak sorag2.. haha )

Next, It's about my final exam.. owh ya... I forget to mention that my midterm already done. I have midterm last thursday and friday.. Start on monday I start to working on my assignment and presentation...

Why i repeat the same thing??

I have done study and make a short notes for Pengajian Islam.. chapter 5 until 10... just started to stduy on Malaysian Studies on topic 6.. a lot of time I need to take for this subjeck because there are so many subtopic and information I can not miss look at it... on the other word, I need to memories them... sighhh.... =[

For the subject English for Oral Communication, I did not start anything yet. My plan is I wanna finish study Malaysian studies 1st and then I start to study the Communication.. This because Malaysian studies was the 1st subject in final exam that I need to face.. follow by Oral Communication and Pengajian Islam.

I already have the time table.. every single subject was around one hour and 30 minuets and one hour ten minuets. The location its no announce yet.. still waiting.. but maybe I think there will be at UNITEN, Bangi. Just guessing..

Okey that's all... I wanna start study and prepare for the final exam!. Wish me luck! ;]

The assignment about report! arrgghhh Hate this! =[ Topic that I have choose is about "how to decrease the crime in the malaysia." Oh, Im not sure the topic like that or other way. But, what Im thinking is... how to decrease the crime ahaks! =] see.. Im to lazy to do this.. muahahaha =p

The inscruction by following the Q in the assignment. I as sectary to bla bla bla.. need to give a speech to secondary school about topic you have choosen. So, I need to make a speech at secondary school prepare the slide show and the speech. (means speech infront of class.. Huo =O ) Moreover, the speech must reach 10 minuets for total. 7 minutes speech and 3 minuets Q & A. Huaaaa =O can not believe this one.. after the speech need anwser the Q from Lecture... dieee~~~~~ wuwuwuwuwuuw =[

Owh long time not see this blog... very sad look at this blog do not have update regulary.. but never mind.. God willing, I will update at least 1 post per day... =]

Okey back to my study story.. hehe.

For those who not know me yet.. currently I'm part time student at UKM. hehehe =] Now Im already at sem 4!!! Yahoo!! hehehe I need finish another 12 sem.. I think. arrgghh not sure ar.. haha =p

For this sem, I taken 3 subject. 1. Malaysia studies 2. Pengajian Islam 3. Oral for communication.
heheh see like alot right?. But, I pray that I can succesful in this 3 subject because I have learn this subject since I was form 6. May be I need do some refresh my mind to remember the tips.. hehe =] I will work for it.

Ohh ya.. this sunday I have class tutorial 3 already hehe.. see, I just forget or may be lazy to update this blog.. even my study also not go very well.. uhuk. For your information, I still not ready started from topic 1 until 4 for every subject. Eh, wait a second... owh yes yes =] for pegajian Islam I have tru Topic 1 until topic 3.. on the way for topic 4. hmm... Oral Communication, I had assigmnet to do.. but still in progress.. and I have study topic 1, Topic 10 & 9. hehe =] My lecture want we'll read this chapter 1st for help us doing our assignment. For Malaysian Studies.. I only read topic 1 & 2 only hehehe =] topic 3 & 4 in progress.. hehehe =]

Have a long time, Im not update this blog. Actually I really forgot to tell that I've finish my sem for Jan 09!!!!!. Yipeee! for me. hehehe =) And I also have enjoyed my holiday a week already!. haha see.. how I am very forgeted to this blog. OH!, no. I will not forget this blog because I want improve My English!. Ok, the past let it be, now I want to tell for next Sem, May 09.

Hemm but any way.. I need to tru the topic 1st right?. I can not judge the book by it cover. So, right now I just waiting for the annoucement in My LMS standing for Learning Management System. (I'm not sure the standing is correct or not.. Forgotennn! haha). To collect the module at Open University Malaysia, HQ at Jalan Tun Ismail near at The Mall.

Yesterday evening I was in the LRT waiting for the driverless train to bring me back to the faithful Taman Melati station. The train (yes I call the LRT a train. Why? Just because I like to call it so) was as usual packed with tuna. Opss not tuna. Humans. Including me. Arghh! Oh well.

So there I was, minding my own business, back to the door, playing Marble in my Nokia, trying to beat my own high score (Marble high score 432360, beat that! Hoho) in a packed train, lalala and walla, already at Wangsa Maju station. I as usual stepped out of the door, and gave way to the hordes of people exiting the train. I noticed this one particular makcik who despite standing near the door, in the way of exiting passengers, just stood there, couldn’t be bothered to give way to the exiting passengers, thereby effectively creating a blockage of the exit route. Due to this selfish n thoughtless blockage, passengers took a bit more time than usual to exit the train. The makcik just simply stood there. What an attitude.

By the time the dingdong sounds (dingdong sound is me referring to the sound the train emits to warn that it is closing it’s doors), there were still people exiting at the makcik’s side of the door, whereas I just simply stepped into the train (as my destination is Taman Melati) and the doors close. There was still this young amoi who has not yet exited (due to the bloody dumb makcik) trying to rush out while the doors were closing. And there was also this fella who saw this amoi and tried to stop the doors from closing (gaya2 knight in shining armour cuba menyelamatkan puteri gunung raya yang dikurung orang2 kerdil), but in the end, he didn’t manage to stop the door from closing. And the amoi didn’t manage to get out. And the ‘almost worst’ thing is this fella’s hand got caught in between the closed train doors! At his wrist. And couldn’t manage to wriggle it free on his own. The worst thing though, is the makcik was just looking around as if nothing was wrong. Argghh! And the train starts to move. Danger!!

Me and another fella managed to pull the doors so the first fella could pull his hand in, back to safety. Fuhhh. The makcik? No expression. At all. Wow. As if nothing happened. Duh! When it all happened because she just didn’t have the brains to just step out for a while to give way to people exiting the train. Makcik no brain!! Membazir nasi je mak kau suap kau mase kecik dulu, dah jadi makcik, menyusahkan orang pulak!!

So people (all of us + me as well), please be just a lil bit civilized, and un-selfish, and give way to people exiting the trains if you think you are in their way. That is if you can think with the god-given brains in your heads. Well, that’s the purpose of it being given to you anyway right.

n = period of bond till maturity
Kb = Rate of return required for the bond

Types of Bonds

1) Mortage Bonds

Is a secured bond backed by tangible asset such as buildings and Lands, Normally, the secured value imposed is higher than the value of the bond issued. If the company that issued the bond is unable to repay its loan an the maturity date, the secured asset will be sold to repay the loan to the investors via the trust fund.

2) Debentures

Refer to the long-term loans that be not secured with assets but depend on the ability of the company that issued the bonds to obtain earnings. This type of bond has a higher risk to the investor compared to secured bonds. Therefore, the rate of return that is required by the investors is also higher. This type of bond provides an advantage to the issuing company as no property is charged. This enable the company that issued the bonds to maintain its property to create loans in the future.

3) High Yield bonds

Refers t the bonds that pay interest only if the issuing company has surplus earings. It is normally issued via it debts. Upon the date of maturity the issued still have to pay the face value of the said bonds.

4) Convertible Bonds

The bonds that can be converted by its holders to ordinary shares at the price and conversion ratio that has been determined by the issusing company when th ebonds were issued. With this, the investors are given the right to convert its status from creditor to owner when the right of conversion is excersiced.

5) Zero coupon Bonds

Are bonds that do not pay interest and were issued at a price power that the par value. The bond holders will receive returns as a result of the price differences during purchase compared to its face value that will b epaid at the date of maturity.

6) Euro Bonds

Bonds that were initially issued in the european countries using the currency of th eUnited State of America (USD) by foreign companies. Now, any bonds that are issued in a country using a currency different from its own are know as euro bonds. For example, Bonds issued in Europe or Asia bu American companies but the interest and principle are payable in the value of the American Dollar.

1) Claims on ASSETS and EARNING
Bond have priority in claims on the earning and company's asset compared to preference shares and ordinary share. If the company fails to settle the interest, the bond holders can classify the issuing company as insolvent or incapable of paying debts and force the company into bankrupts.

2) Par Value
Par value or faca value is the value stated on the bond document. It is the amount that will be paid to the bond holders om maturing date. Usually, the bond's par value in the United Stated of America is USD 1,000 per unit, while in Malaysia, its par value is RM 100 per unit.

3) Coupon Rate
Refers to the percentage of Par Value that will be paid to the bond holders (investor) as interest based on the frequency that has been specified. This rate is fixed throughtout the lifespan of the bond and the amonut of interest payable is the same for each period.

4) Indenture
Its is legal contract between the trustees who represents the bond holder with the company that issued the bond. Indenture specified the term and condition related to the issuance of the bonds.

Bonds are long-term guaratee notes issued by borrower. The bond holders will receive interest as a fixed rate for a period that has been determined. On the maturity date, the bond holder will receive the interest and principal amount. The payment of fixed interest on each period is the basic concept of annuity.

Chap 4: Valuation Process

3 Main factor that influence the value of an asset.

1) Total cash flow (return)
The value of an asset depands on the total cash flow that is expected. To obtain this return value it does not only involved a yearly cash flow but also a single cash flow for a specific period. For example, you as an investor, expect that you will obtain a dividend of Rm0.30 per share every year for a peroid of 5 years if you invest in the shares of company.

2) Timing
To estimate cash flow, you must know the timing for each cahs flow. For example, you will make an investment after you aspect that you will obtain Rm 2,000 in year 1, Rm 4,000 in year 2 and Rm5,000 in year 3.

3) Required Rate of return.
This rist level can have direct affect an the value. Generally the higher the risk of the cash flow, the lower the value. According to the CAPM model, the higher the risk that is measured by Beta (B), the bigger the return (k). The higher the risk means the bigger the rate of return and the lower the risk means the smaller the rate of return. The determination of the rate of return required by investors take into consideration the investors attitude towards risk and the investors perception on the level of risk for that asset.

Generally rules on cash flow and valuation:
* The aspect of amonut - the higher the amount of cash flow, the better.
* The aspect of timing - the sooner it is received, the better.
* The aspect of rist - The lower the level of risk, the better.

Bases model of valuation:

Vt-1 = CFt / (1+k)t

CFt = Cahs flow expected to be received at time t
V0 = Intrinsic value/ present value of asset that will generate cash flow from period 1 to n
k = Rate of return required (rate of discount)
n = period cash flow is expected to be received

Chapter 4 : Defination of Value

1) Book Value

Book Value ia the valu of an asset as stated in the balance sheet of the company. It is also know as historical value. For exampel, you purchase a business priemise two years ago at the price RM 100,000. The book value is the actual value that was paid for the the asset at the time it was bought. that is Rm100,000. This value may not be the same with the current market value. Assets such as machines and vehicles will have depreciation in value and the book value is the price of the asset at the time it was purchase deducated by the accumulated deprieciation.

2) Liquidation Value

The value that will be obtained when an asset is sold separately and not as part of going concern. For example, if the company no longer operates and needs to be liquidated, then the assets will be sold separately and the sales price is the asset liquidation value.

3) Market value

The value of assets available in the market as determined by forees of demand and supply in the market. For example, the market value of ordinary shares that found in the Bursa Malaysia is the sale and purchase value that is agreed among the investors through an intermediary such as broker.

And today also I got a lot of Food but I dn't need to pay for the food that I've ate. Lalala~~ There are some nice and handsome guys support me for the breakfast and the lunch. ~In the Morning~

I've set in my mind to have breakfast, Roti Canai. Hemmm yummy yummy.. Feelll so good in the morning. After I reach at the office, I went to stall that have really good in making a roti canai. I find the seat and sit. (no need to tell ar). Start maked the order Egg Roti canai and Teh'o Cold one. And then, I saw the Miss Rain!. I call her to join with me, she ate nasi goreng that she was bought before she came to the stall. After 10 miniutes my roti canai not done yet... Hemm bored of waiting but my tummy really wants Roti canai. So, I just babling with Miss Rain. Suddenly, Ghani came and join us and my roti canai hereee! Weee.. my tummy jumps in there! hahaha ;p. We just talked, laugh, get some news...bla bla bla ohh 8.30am, need to go!. At the counter.. Ghani said.. "nevermind I pay for you...". Me "oh, really thank you so much!" (smiling goat kih kih). Walked to the office~.

12.30pm. All staff went out already for lunch. Just left me, paul leong and cheng yee. From inside paul leong call my name, ask me wether I go out for 'tapau' or not. I said yes and he want me buy for he's some of the fruits. Short story, he saw one pamplet of Pizza Hut got a promotions!. And ask me again wether I want Pizza or not?. But, I tought he asked me wether I can eat Pizza or not? haha. I said yes!. Bla..bla..bla.. He said okey, done! we have pizza for the lunch!. I said what?. But, actually in my heart, I was happy hoho!. And I've ate Pizza Hut for the lunch and the most important is I'm not use my money today!!. Save budget! can shopping???? Hemm must think deeply first!. ;). Here got some pictures I was ate Pizza Hut!

Ohhh dearrrrr tummyyy~ My tummy feel veryyy hungryyy~~ huhuhu. All this was my fault!. This morning I've document need to post but the document cn't get in the yellow box!!! (Pos Ekspres). Oh dear~ Very tension I'm standing there like I was talk to the yellow box!. A lot of peoples and cars use that area in the morning because that place is the bus station and main road. For me that main road its quit busy on workdays. Okey, back to document case. 1st, I try to push the document in.. but only half. I pull out. I try again... cn't get in!. Nevermind.. I can do this!. Push again... Oh Gosh! really can't get in!!. Streesssss~. Look suroanding.. have few peoples looked at me. They're smiling and make their head like say not (geleng kepala). And I pull out the document and walked away. Cross the Mamak Stall... Hemm yummy smell but I dn't have mood to eat this morning but my tummy dance and sing in there!. Hemm Forget it, tummy!. I know you have problem this morning. So, I'm sorry, I can't give you food this morning. Wah, so evil to my tummy!. hahaha.. and then, I'm walked to the office. Hemm.. feel like I'm hungry so much. But I can stand. And now is 11.50am.. Huaaaa My tummy dance hiphop, R&B, zapin and sing the song of dangdut!. Hoho... Let it be... Oh, can't be like that!. Ok ok tummy let we discuss about this. In the meeting~.

TUmmy: Hey dear asnacute. Why do you not take the breakfast?
Asnacute: Owh tummy I'm sorry.. I can't eat this morning because of you.
Tummy: Ha?? What's wrong with me!
Asnacute: Should I tell you infront of these blogger?
TUmmt: Hemm (tummy start to think)... Ok. I want know~
Asnacute: Are you sure you want to...?
TUmmy: (in confident voice) Yes, I want to know right now!
Asnacute: Ok ok don't be mad yeah. Actually, this morning you won't let it go of yesterday food. That's why I dn't want take the breakfast. I have call you to push out all of yesterday food.. but you don't want listen to me. So now, I pay back to you of that. hahahaha
Tummy: Why you talk so loud... Im shyinggg~ (start to smiling goat)

See, that's why I'm not take the breakfast this morning. And now my tummy smiling... haha. Nevermind, we wait until the clock show 12.50pm okeh baby!~. We go out for lunch early 10 minuites today!. YipeeeE~

Haluuu~

I just did the one new personal blog in english version. This blog actually for my study blog.. but nevermind I'll mix its together, personal and study may be. Hemm I'm not sure yet. But its ok. I hope this blog will be one of the great ideas to make me more expert in English!! yeahhh!. Actually, this idea come from My Dear (Boyfriend). Thats, he want me to write in english version.. at least one post in one week but I've think other way. Why not I just make the new blog in English version?. So, here we go!. Taraaaaa~. hehe. For me, this idea was great but I have problem to write in english.. because I'm not so good in writing. But nevermind.. I'll try my best to do it because I want its too.

A'ah one more thing!. For those are really really really great in BI, which means, you're great about grammer, spelling error or others in English.. please let me know if I have miss typing, wrong gramatical grammer (this is my big problem) or wrong speelings.
